2. Call BASE at 704-910-8381 and talk with our Client Services Coordinator
In both cases, the Client Services Coordinator will review the information with BASE providers to find the best fit for your needs.
Then the Coordinator will contact you by your preferred method, to offer options and discuss any questions you may have.
Once registered as a client, you will receive an email with directions for our client portal.
